If you’re anything like me, winter is spent counting down the days until spring. I am NOT a fan of cold weather, and unfortunately for me, Pittsburgh has been under a Wind Chill Advisory since yesterday. Temperatures have been dropping rapidly and tomorrow is when the worst will hit: the wind chill will make it feel like -35. No, not a few degrees above freezing. That’s minus thirty-five degrees. The city has almost gone of full lock-down mode: so many schools have already cancelled for tomorrow, businesses have already closed, and even my library will be closed tomorrow!
For me, there’s nothing better for chilly weather than hot chocolate. Listed below are nine easy, creative, and super tasty variations on a winter staple.
Red Velvet Hot Chocolate | Hot Butterbeer | Caramel White Hot Chocolate | Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate | Lavender Hot Chocolate | Cardamom Hot Chocolate + Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream | Nutella Hot Chocolate | Bourbon Spiked Hot Chocolate | Cookies & Cream Hot Chocolate
